About the Role

Branch Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all branch activities align with company policies and regulations.
Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve operational and sales targets.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Financial Management:
Monitor branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Implement cost control measures and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Achieve revenue targets and manage profitability.
Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
Market Analysis and Strategy:

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the transport industry.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance market presence and competitive advantage.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Experience: 7-8 years of experience in the transport or logistics industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial position.

Proven track record of managing a team and achieving operational and sales targets.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

Qualification
